Students & Faculty Policy

The New England Food Show welcomes students and faculty and recognizes that students are the buyers of tomorrow.

Student/Faculty Day:
Tuesday March 13, 2011 ONLY

Required Fee:
$25 per student/faculty member

Please remember that students and student groups are only allowed on the show floor on Tuesday, March 13th only. No students under the age of 18 will be allowed in the exhibit hall, and proper I.D. will be required.  There are no exceptions to this policy.

Visiting Tips for Students

Students should be reminded that the New England Food Show exhibitors are there to do business with buyers, and may not always have time to have lengthy conversations with students.

Here are a few tips:

  • If an exhibitor is engaged in conversation, wait a few minutes and if that exhibitor does not become available, come back at a later time.
  • Ask the exhibitor if they have a few minutes to talk or if they'd rather set a specific time during the day.
  • Prioritize your questions; make sure your most important questions are asked first in case the exhibitor must step away to speak with a customer.
