Students & Faculty Policies for 2011
The New England Food Show welcomes students and faculty and recognizes that you are the buyers of tomorrow.
Student Day: Tuesday March 22, 2011 only.
Required Fee: $25 per student/faculty member
Please remember that students and student groups are only allowed on the show floor on Tuesday, March 22nd only. No students under the age of 18 will be allowed in the exhibit hall and proper I.D. will be required. There are no exceptions to this policy.
Visiting Tips for Students
Please remind your students that the New England Food Show exhibitors are there to do business and may not always have time to have lengthy conversations with students.
Here are a few tips:
- If an exhibitor is engaged in conversation, wait a few minutes and if that exhibitor does not become available, come back at a later time.
- Ask the exhibitor if they have a few minutes to talk or if they'd rather set a specific time during the day.
- Prioritize your questions; make sure your most important questions are asked first in case the exhibitor must step away to speak with a customer.
If you would like to register a group of students, the 2011 Student Group Registration Form will be available January 2011.
